We are Trisha Ewing and Melissa Simmons, mothers and preschool teachers with a great love of children's literature. Our mission is to entertain and enrich children's lives while fostering an appreciation for great books through creative and innovative story times, birthday parties, enrichment classes, and much more!

We have taken what we have learned from teaching our preschoolers through the years and created a thoroughly entertaining and educational variety show that encompasses all the things the children enjoy. We sing, play music, dance, tell jokes, do finger plays - all based upon classic children's books.

We believe reading to our children is one of the most important gifts we can give them. Research and instincts have taught us that:

• Reading develops language skills, increases vocabulary and creativity, and develops self confidence and reading readiness.
  
  
• Music, singing songs, and moving to the beat provides a "rich sensory environment" for your children. This means they will be better readers, do better in math, be able to focus in school, play well with others, and have higher self-esteem.

So, our goal is to foster a love of literature, music, art, and drama while having lots and lots of fun!
